    I think one of the biggest mistakes people make after a breakup is trying to suppress their feelings.
    It’s okay to feel sad, angry, or confused. Healing isn’t linear. Some days you feel fine, and other days the memories come back unexpectedly.
    For me, writing down my thoughts helped a lot. It allowed me to process what happened and understand what I really want in a future relationship.
